Responsibilities
Oversee governance management and ensure adherence to organisational standards
Administer reporting processes and maintain accurate documentation
Monitor compliance and collect relevant data for audits and reviews
Fulfil KPI reporting requirements and provide timely updates
Manage VMS technology and lead projects for system implementation
Oversee purchase order and requisition processes across all business units
Produce and maintain management information (MI) reporting for all business units
Organise and manage the labour requisition process, including assignment of purchase orders
Review and reformat service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual agreements as needed
Coordinate internal communications, including updates on new legislation and organisational policies
Qualification
Required
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven experience in responding to dynamic and changing business needs
Proficiency in IT systems, including advanced Excel skills
Ability to build and maintain basic supplier relationships
Skilled in internal communication across business units
Experience in managing relationships with agency suppliers and account managers
Preferred
Familiarity with labour desk frameworks (highly desirable)
