Responsibilities
Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities
Compare client performance against goals and national benchmarks
Surface insights that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, quality improvements, and expanded client engagement
Build and maintain monthly progress reports for Leadership Excellence projects
Support KPI and quality improvement strategies with actionable, data-driven recommendations
Identify where HealthLinx solutions can enhance operational efficiency
Translate analytical insights into monetized business growth opportunities
Develop forecasting models and pro forma analyses
Contribute to SMART Worksheets to identify or advance Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Prepare client-facing presentations communicating value and ROI
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and client stakeholders
Present complex findings in a clear, engaging way across technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
3–5 years in healthcare analytics, performance improvement, healthcare finance, or consulting
Proven experience with revenue cycle optimization, cost reduction, KPI tracking, and quality improvement
Client-facing experience with the ability to identify business development opportunities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel
Experience developing forecasting models and pro forma analyses
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
