Sales Development Representative
Lakestone Staffing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers through various outreach methods to support the company's sales growth initiatives.

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold-calling, email outreach, and other prospecting activities
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (in tech or software)
Demonstrated track record of top sales performance (i.e., quick promotions, consistently beats quota) or thrives in competitive environments (e.g., elite athletes)
Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques
Strong knowledge of basic sales fundamentals (e.g., CRM, ICP)
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email etc
Low ego, high agency, and strong team players that just want to win together
Genuinely excited to build their career in sales as an AE (not Sales Ops or CSM etc)
Background (or deep appreciation) in the restaurant or hospitality industry
