Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Instructional Designers in the development and execution of training curriculum and coordinate operational review
Work closely with clinical and business staff, Information Technology and Digital System (ITDS) teams, and vendors to identify skill gaps through needs assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from stakeholders
Oversee build, testing, and maintenance of the training environment
Builds and maintains a collaborative working relationship between operational leaders, and other stakeholders to foster a team approach to training delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless training experience and effective communication between teams
Analyze Training workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Monitor performance and direct resources as appropriate
Creates and maintains efficient processes for accurately determining and communicating Training processes
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate degree
Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license
Experience: 2-3 years adult education or training experience, with demonstration of increasing responsibility
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of people and leaders at all levels of an organization including physicians, IT and business operations
