Implement proper internal controls
Assist with FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, and modeling)
Advise on process improvement and automation
Other ad hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-10 years of general accounting experience
Hands-on, strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred
CPA is a plus, but not required
