Responsibilities
Providing claims consulting services to MMA clients
Obtaining timely claim status updates from carrier partners
Offering suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to facilitate efficient claim resolutions
Conducting month-end claim reviews/work for their assigned clients
Collaborating closely with claims consultants on complex clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of claims experience
Strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers
Strong interpersonal and customer-service-related skills
Proficiency in MS office applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field
AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM or equivalent preferred
