Responsibilities

Own the Revamp of our Endeavor Venture Capital Course
Take the lead on reviewing, editing, and updating Endeavor’s existing Venture Capital course, improving clarity, structure, and engagement for a diverse, global staff audience
Translate Complex VC Concepts into Engaging Content
Apply best practices in digital learning, content design, and user experience to make venture capital concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant across roles and regions
Build a Seamless Learning Experience on Our Internal Platform
Organize lessons, modules, and supporting resources within Endeavor’s learning platform to create a clear, intuitive, and scalable learning journey for team members worldwide
Collaborate Globally and Incorporate Feedback
Work with colleagues across teams and offices to validate content accuracy, gather feedback, and iterate on course materials, ensuring the final product meets the needs of Endeavor’s global workforce

Required

Graduate-Level students, Undergraduate Junior or Senior students welcome to apply
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year

Preferred

Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply
Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital and interest in entrepreneurship and/or startup ecosystems
Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts
Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly
Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms; experience with LearnDash, LMS platforms, or content management systems is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment
