Pursue & Close: Take brand introductions, leads, or your own outreach and turn them into signed partnerships
Frame & Persuade: Position Arsenic and our talent as the obvious choice — using sharp storytelling and credibility over hype
Handle Objections with Finesse: Understand brand psychology, speak their language, and turn hesitation into momentum
Own the Follow-Through: Keep deals alive from first touch to signature. Persistent, never pushy
Create Urgency: Set clear next steps, drive timelines, and don’t let opportunities drift
Qualification
Required
A track record of closing high-value deals in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or entertainment
Strong negotiation instincts and social EQ, you know how to read a room
Grit and polish in equal measure
Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling is your weapon
