Entry, Mid LevelHighereds is launching a selective AI & Robotics Bootcamp for high school students and is seeking instructors passionate about teaching AI and robotics. The role involves guiding students through AI fundamentals applied to robotics, culminating in a portfolio-ready project.

Responsibilities
Guide motivated students through AI fundamentals applied to robotics
Teach Python fundamentals for beginners
Cover core AI concepts relevant to robotics
Explain perception, decision-making & control, and introductory machine learning ideas
Introduce robotics concepts such as sensors & actuators, robot perception & navigation, and control logic
Facilitate project-based learning including robotics simulations and AI-driven robotic behaviors
Oversee capstone project suitable for college portfolios
Qualification
Required
Strong Python fundamentals
Solid understanding of AI concepts
Exposure to robotics systems (academic, research, or industry)
Prior teaching, TA, tutoring, or mentoring experience
Ability to explain complex systems simply
Comfortable teaching live online (Zoom)
Preferred
Robotics simulation experience
Experience with beginner robotics education
Project-based teaching experience
Experience mentoring high school students
Research or applied work in autonomous systems
