Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing direct relationships with key customers, channel partners, and Manufacturers Representatives
Support the channel and partner efforts to drive sales by creating training and promotional programs
Participating in industry trade shows (“B to B” and consumer)
Traveling to customers alone and with Manufacturing Representatives
Conducting sales meetings and working through contract negotiation

Required

4+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the manufacturing space, with preference candidates who have experience within the Automotive Aftermarket and/or Mobile Electronics space
Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel partner programs
Experience in managing distributor and dealer relationships at a national level
Candidates must have experience managing Manufacturers Representatives and programs within the channel to drive sales and revenue through the partners
Experience in calling on large, medium and small distributors and dealers
Experience analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategies
Ability to set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and adjust tactics accordingly
Business development capabilities
Experience using CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and pipeline
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams
Ability to train and coach a network of Independent Manufacturers Representatives
Leadership skills to influence channel strategies and motivate manufacturers' reps and partners
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and digital marketing platforms
Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, team-oriented approach, ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once
Proven experience participating in industry trade shows, product launches, and promotional events
Ability to represent the brand professionally at both B2B and consumer events
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced market
Self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales channels
Experience with product training and technical demonstrations
