Responsibilities

Drive material development in partnership with Jordan apparel teams and international manufacturing partners
Collaborate with design on ideation and risk assessments
Build and manage seasonal calendars and timelines
Execute material development and ensure buy-ready readiness
Maintain a strategic approach to new material creation and garment performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on innovation and quality standards
Manage multiple projects across seasons with competing priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Apparel Design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and testing
