Responsibilities
Provide technical support for identity and access management (IAM) tools and processes, with a focus on Okta
Administer and maintain Okta SSO integrations, lifecycle management, user provisioning, and application assignments
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support tickets related to user access, authentication, and system access
Troubleshoot login issues, MFA problems, and identity-related incidents in a timely and customer-focused manner
Collaborate with HR, security, and application teams to onboard/offboard users and manage role-based access controls
Maintain and update documentation for IAM procedures, Okta configurations, and support runbooks
Assist with audits, compliance checks, and reporting on access controls and activity
Monitor system health and performance of IAM platforms and recommend improvements
Participate in change management and release processes for IAM-related updates and application integrations
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in IT operations, help desk support, or IAM administration
Experience with Okta (including Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management) or similar IAM tool
Knowledge of IAM principles and best practices, including least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
Windows Support
Google Workspace support
MDM Management
Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Proficiency in troubleshooting access issues and analyzing logs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Atlassian Suite
Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
