Corporate Office Manager
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Corporate Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support leadership. This role involves coordinating across multiple office locations and requires a proactive, people-focused leader.
Responsibilities
Oversee corporate office operations and staff performance
Supervise, train, and motivate administrative teams
Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
Support HR with interviewing and onboarding
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
Lead grant writing and grant submissions
Fill in for management coverage as needed
Participate in leadership support and community outreach events
Qualification
Required
Comfortable engaging in sensitive and confidential conversations
Ability to work respectfully with diverse cultures, identities, and backgrounds
People-centered with strong interpersonal communication and active listening
Proven office or operations management experience
Grant writing experience (non-profit experience a plus)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential and financial information with discretion
Willingness to travel locally as needed
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Business, Accounting, Finance, or related operations fields preferred
