Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis to identify B2B growth opportunities, assess competitors, and develop strategic sales plans to expand new and existing markets
Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events to build a strong sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions
Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure, tracking performance and consistently meeting sales targets
Lead, coach, and develop B2B sales teams by setting expectations, supporting performance, and driving continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience

Required

10+ years of senior sales leadership experience (VP of Sales level), with a strong background in strategic marketing, sales execution, and driving profitability in a player-coach role
Candidate must have specific experience with RCM and Collections
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategy, build profitable sales operations, and coach teams to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
Experience conducting market analysis, setting sales pace, and scaling growth, including through mergers and acquisitions, with a strong analytical mindset
Industry focus on healthcare providers (working with hospital administrators), with openness to expanding into additional verticals
Strong partnership and channel management experience, including cross-selling opportunities, marketing collaboration, and hands-on Salesforce leadership and management
