Responsibilities
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
Assist with partnership, S-corp, and corporate tax filings
Support quarterly estimates, extensions, and year-end filings
Help maintain clean financial records and supporting schedules
Perform basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, and account analysis
Respond to client and agency tax notices with guidance from senior staff
Collaborate closely with senior accountants and partners
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in public accounting, tax, or strong internships
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or actively completing one)
Solid foundation in accounting principles and tax basics
Comfortable working with Excel and accounting software
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Professional, reliable, and client-service minded
Preferred
CPA candidate or intent to pursue CPA strongly preferred
