Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding : Develop and implement tailored onboarding and engagement strategies to maximize partner success and platform adoption
Partner Training & Enablement : Facilitate seamless integration of OneApp into partners' operations, including providing ongoing personalized instruction and resources to support the partners’ internal training needs
Ongoing Partner Engagement : Manage a portfolio of property management company partners (PMCs). Cultivate relationships and consult with champions and key stakeholders to drive platform engagement and program participation/referrals. Execute strategies to mitigate churn
Partner Growth : Proactively identify and escalate potential opportunities to sign up new properties (upsell) in partnership with the sales team
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in partnerships, customer success or account management roles working in SaaS
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A track record of improving customer or partner engagement and satisfaction
Proficiency in CRM software and leveraging data to drive decision-making

Preferred
Experience with upsell/cross-sell responsibilities
Prior experience working with property management and multifamily is a plus, but not required
