Paid Media Creative Designer
Elevated Faith is a multi-category company that creates conversation starters through jewelry and apparel. They are seeking a Paid Media Creative Designer to design and produce high-performing ad creatives, collaborating closely with the founder and creative team to scale a repeatable ad creative system.

Responsibilities
Design and produce high-performing paid ad creatives across static and video formats for Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Create and develop original ad concepts, hooks, and messaging within established creative direction and testing frameworks
Use historical ad performance data and creative testing results to inform design decisions and iteration cycles
Build and iterate on creative variations at high velocity, including formats, layouts, typography, color, pacing, and visual hierarchy
Collaborate closely with the founder, Creative Director, media buyer, and influencer team to align creative output with testing and scaling priorities
Set and execute creative inputs for structured testing plans, ensuring designs are optimized for learnings, iteration, and scale
Stay current on paid media creative trends, platform best practices, and emerging formats, and apply relevant insights directly to ad execution
Leverage AI to accelerate creative ideation without sacrificing quality or brand mission
This role owns day-to-day creative testing and iteration, with regular alignment on direction and learnings with the team
Qualification
Required
Based in the U.S. (time zone alignment is important)
Proven experience designing and editing direct-response ad creatives, with a portfolio of work that has run in paid media
Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google ad formats, creative best practices, and platform-specific constraints
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
Strong creative instincts with the ability to write clear, compelling hooks and ad copy that drive conversion
Experience at a fast-growing DTC brand or agency
Preferred
Experience in apparel, jewelry, or accessories, with an understanding of product-driven creative and UGC-style ads
