Responsibilities
Support monthly close processes by consolidating results and preparing clear summaries for senior leadership
Assist in creating presentations for senior leadership, translating complex financial data into strategic insights
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support investment decisions, operational planning, and cost management initiatives
Collaborate heavily with Finance and Market resources, shared services, and operational teams to meet reporting needs and ensure accuracy
Drive monthly and quarterly IOI variance analyses by identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance and strengthen financial planning
Build and maintain advanced Excel-based financial bridge models to quantify changes in key drivers of business performance
Support quarterly forecasting cycles and annual budget planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Advanced Excel skills and experience in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
Solid understanding of corporate reporting
Proven solid analytical skills with a focus on delivering timely, accurate, and detailed results
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience in healthcare finance, especially supporting shared services or technology initiatives
Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan, Planful, PowerBI, Essbase, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP/forecasting tools
Experience with value-based care financial models and outcome-driven budgeting
Familiarity with cost allocation models and real-time performance monitoring tools
Demonstrated success in aligning financial planning with operational and strategic goals
