Responsibilities
Lead all site-based pre-development activities
Coordinate environmental, geotechnical, TOBO, water, logistics, and civil studies
Manage local vendors and consultants
Interface with water boards, ports, utilities, counties, and community stakeholders
Support FEED and Owner’s Engineering teams with ground-level inputs
Identify and resolve site, permitting, and logistics issues early
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
15+ years in ammonia, chemical, hydrogen, or large industrial project development
Strong U.S. permitting, authority, and vendor management experience
Hands-on FEED and EPC interface exposure
Willingness to travel and spend significant time on site
