Marketing and Events Assistant
Pacific Autism Center for Education is a mission-driven non-profit organization seeking a Part Time Marketing & Events Assistant. The role involves supporting marketing, communications, and special events efforts, including planning and executing various events and creating marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events, community events and donor appreciation events including supporting event logistics and be present at events
Assist in coordinating volunteers and staff for events
Assist with event setup, breakdown and day of event (some weekends or evenings may be required)
Create and update marketing graphics and materials using Canva
Assist with social media content creation and posting
Support email marketing efforts
Assist with donor acknowledgements
Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 yrs of age
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
Must have valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
Must be willing to physically assist during events including lifting and carrying boxes, standing, squatting and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to use computer keyboard
