Regional Account Executive

The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales, and driving revenue growth.

Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, account management, and relationship building, particularly in the construction and/or multifamily industry
Strategic thinking, negotiation, and business development skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office tools
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
Flexibility to travel occasionally as required to meet with clients and stakeholders
