Responsibilities
End-to-end management of paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Youtube, Pinterest, Reddit and other, emerging channels
You own the Landing Page strategy
You will minimize churn and maximize LTV through intelligent segmentation and automation
You will own the Marketing Tracking Systems
You will utilize low-code tools and AI to automate reporting, bid management, and creative iterations
Qualification
Required
AI-First & Native in (Low-)code: You combine a deep understanding and usage of AI with the ability to build your own solutions. You have experience in coding (or 'vibe-coding') using tools like Cursor, Make.com, or n8n to automate workflows and build internal tools
Intellectual & Social Dexterity: You are Highly Book Smart (demonstrated by top-tier academic results/SATs/GPAs) yet Highly People Smart (possessing the empathy and sales psychology to understand what makes a customer click)
Commercial Instincts: You are Highly Street Smart. You view marketing through an ROI framework, identifying arbitrage opportunities where others see noise
Drive: You are naturally ambitious, hungry, and hardworking. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Education: Honors Degree from a Top Tier University
Experience: 3-6 years of high-impact experience in a top-tier performance marketing team with a proven track record of scaling accounts massively
Success: Proven track-record of taking accounts from hundreds to thousands or more monthly conversions
Where you've been: A high-growth Startup or Scaleup - ideally in the e-commerce space
Where you've been: Top-tier Performance Marketing Consulting firm specializing on e-commerce
