Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for websites, applications, and AI-integrated initiatives, from discovery through deployment and optimization
Architect and oversee implementation of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, autonomous task execution, and tool-use frameworks
Design, test, and refine prompt architectures for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to support client projects and internal efficiencies
Collaborate with creative, development, and strategy teams to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced solutions across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
Develop and maintain prompt libraries, agent configurations, and documentation for consistent AI application across teams
Translate complex AI and technical capabilities into actionable project requirements and client-facing recommendations
Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for technology-driven engagements
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on implementation approaches, dependencies, and limitations
Establish quality assurance processes for AI-generated outputs and technical deliverables, ensuring brand alignment and accuracy
Stay current on emerging AI tools, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering methodologies, evaluating their applicability to Pyxl’s service offerings
Mentor team members on effective AI utilization, prompt engineering fundamentals, and technical project best practices
Qualification
Required
Be based in the USA
Have prior agency experience
Submit a cover letter that demonstrates relevant experience and ability for this role
5+ years of technical project management experience within a digital agency environment
Proven experience managing complex website builds, mobile/web application development, and highly technical projects from kickoff to launch
Demonstrated hands-on experience with prompt engineering, including structured prompting techniques, chain-of-thought reasoning, and multi-step workflows
Strong understanding of agentic AI models and architectures, including autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and memory/context management
Working knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and QA teams on technical requirements and delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience managing marketing clients, including campaign-driven projects, brand initiatives, and performance marketing programs
Familiarity with AI/ML platform APIs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and vector databases
Background in software development, technical architecture, or engineering
Experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, or enterprise integrations
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
