Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operational development and optimization across the agency
Identify, design, and implement improvements to sales and service workflows, processes, and communication scripts
Partner with Sales Leadership and Technology teams to enhance quoting tools, CRM systems, and telephony platforms
Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions and automation strategies to improve productivity, performance, and retention
Utilize data analysis and AI-powered insights to help leadership understand key business drivers and performance trends
Build, maintain, and monitor KPI dashboards and operational reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to support lead volume, call activity, and performance targets
Partner with insurance carriers to implement best practices for sales, service, and retention
Support agency-wide strategic initiatives and execution goals
Assist in the development of training materials, documentation, and operational playbooks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading or managing an operations function
Strong track record of achieving goals through collaboration and execution
Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools and automation technologies
Experience automating manual processes using AI or workflow tools
Experience developing, deploying, or managing agentic AI assistants or advanced automation workflows
Hands-on use of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms for content creation, data analysis, and process optimization
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into action
Advanced computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms
Strong drive to win, improve performance, and exceed challenging goals
