Answer incoming calls and respond professionally (English & Spanish)
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
Schedule consultations and appointments
Manage attorney and office calendars
Maintain accurate client notes and records
Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and correspondence
Help with basic office/admin tasks and case organization as needed
Qualification
Required
Fluent or native-level English and Spanish
Comfortable speaking and writing in both languages daily
Strong communication skills and a warm, confident phone presence
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office
Professional, respectful, and comfortable working with sensitive topics
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documents, scanning, etc.)
