Responsibilities
Assist in researching prospective education providers in the UK and USA to build a database aligned with Formee Express’s values
Support outreach by drafting emails and scheduling calls to connect with universities, colleges, and schools
Help prepare presentation materials to showcase the benefits of the Formee Express platform to potential partners
Track leads and compile data for weekly/monthly activity reports to share with management
Contribute ideas to a customer care guide for education providers, supporting future onboarding efforts
Research key UK and USA education regulations to ensure compliance awareness
Assist in sales outreach via phone, email, and in-person to generate leads and support client engagement
Support the sales team with tasks like updating CRM systems and preparing client materials
Qualification
Required
Recently graduated from your respective course
Eager to learn and broaden your skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to deal effectively with multiple tasks and competing demands
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skill
Preferred
Ideally 1 + year of customer service experience
