They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Clinical Sales to drive sales of their Erectile Dysfunction medication to healthcare providers and clinics, while educating professionals about the product's unique benefits.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Identify and target key healthcare providers, urologists, and clinics specializing in men's health
Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about Rugiet's ED medication
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption and increase sales
Provide ongoing support and education to healthcare providers regarding the appropriate use of Rugiet's ED medication
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Rugiet's products and expand professional network
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Preferred
Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a focus on urology or men's health products preferred
