Responsibilities
Lead all fleet maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with shop policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage inventory, procurement, warranties, tools, and equipment to support efficient operations
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff to drive productivity and morale
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate shop team members
Partner with operations and other departments to improve workflow and results
Qualification
Required
Experience managing fleet or maintenance operations
Strong people leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
Solid knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance
Experience with inventory control and shop operations
Ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced, operational environment
