Sales Manager - Industrial & Automation Solutions (Remote - U.S.)
Gables Search Group is recruiting for a Sales Manager - Industrial & Automation Solutions to lead business growth across North America for a global innovator in power and thermal management systems. The role involves driving new business development and managing key customer relationships within the industrial automation sector, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote advanced automation technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow automation and industrial product lines
Identify and engage new customer segments, building strong long-term partnerships
Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts and coordinate with engineering and product teams
Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate CRM reporting
Deliver year-over-year sales growth while expanding business in target markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; BSEE preferred
Background in selling automation components (VFD, PLC, HMI, servo systems, or motors)
Proven success developing strategic accounts and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong technical understanding of industrial automation solutions
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
