Paralegal

MOHR Talent is seeking a Paralegal to support the Associate General Counsel in providing legal and regulatory services. This role involves contract support, vendor documentation, wage garnishments, legal filings, and maintaining accurate legal records while working closely with business leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with the review, organization, execution, and maintenance of contracts, including vendor agreements, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements
Support vendor management processes by tracking contracts, renewals, and required documentation
Process and manage wage garnishments, levies, subpoenas, and other legal orders in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prepare, file, and maintain legal and regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain organized legal files, records, and contract repositories
Coordinate document execution and notarization as needed
Support responses to regulatory exams, audits, and legal inquiries by gathering and organizing documentation
Interact professionally with executive leadership, business partners, and outside counsel
Assist with legal research, correspondence, and special projects as assigned

Required

Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a community bank, financial institution, or law firm supporting banks
Experience with contract review and administration, vendor documentation, wage garnishments, levies, and legal filings
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
Professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive interaction
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred

Notary Public certification
Experience supporting regulatory exams or audits
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
