Responsibilities

Drive new business by achieving defined sales goals and KPIs
Develop business within your assigned territory/region, working remotely and traveling regularly (approx. 30% travel or more)
Act as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships focused on digital signage and software solutions
Cultivate leads through research, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
Qualify leads by engaging decision makers to understand budget, timeline, and project requirements
Conduct site visits and provide signage location and design recommendations (approx. 30% travel)
Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet customer needs and maximize profitability
Gain and apply strong product knowledge to identify and maximize sales opportunities
Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations tailored to operational, technical, and executive audiences
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer purchasing needs
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue reports
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless customer transition from sale to fulfillment; attend weekly Operations meetings
Document all sales activities within the company CRM
Leverage internal technical, operations, and sales resources to support closing and expanding digital signage projects
Represent Xpodigital at industry conferences, association meetings, and tradeshows (approx. 10% travel or more)

Required

Proven track record selling technology solutions into hotel chains, convention centers or large venue industries
Ability to drive new business by achieving defined sales goals and KPIs
Experience developing business within an assigned territory/region
Ability to build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships focused on digital signage and software solutions
Experience cultivating leads through research, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
Ability to qualify leads by engaging decision makers to understand budget, timeline, and project requirements
Experience conducting site visits and providing signage location and design recommendations
Ability to prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet customer needs and maximize profitability
Strong product knowledge to identify and maximize sales opportunities
