Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations on commercial glass and glazing projects

Coordinate in-house crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries

Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies

Review drawings, specifications, and installation details

Partner with Project Managers on scheduling, manpower planning, and sequencing

Conduct site walks, inspections, and progress meetings

Identify and resolve field-related installation and logistics issues

Maintain quality control and adherence to project schedules

Travel to project sites as required

Required

Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial glass and glazing

Strong experience with commercial storefront systems

Strong experience with curtain wall systems

Strong experience with insulated panels (required)

Strong experience with ACM panels

Strong experience with canopies

Strong experience with railing systems

Experience managing projects from mobilization through closeout

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel as project needs require

Must be located in Charlotte, NC or open to relocation
