Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, including baselines, look-aheads, and recovery schedules
Identify and track critical paths, key milestones, and logic-based sequencing to keep projects on target
Partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure schedules reflect field realities
Lead scheduling meetings and workshops to align teams and drive accountability
Analyze impacts from delays, scope changes, or modifications and recommend recovery strategies
Serve as a technology resource, training and mentoring staff on scheduling tools and workflows
Produce clear schedule reports, dashboards, and visuals for internal and external stakeholders
Support preconstruction efforts by creating preliminary schedules for bids and proposals
Stay ahead of emerging construction technology and identify opportunities to optimize workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of scheduling experience
Expertise in Primavera P6
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods
Confident in teaching, mentoring, and presenting schedule concepts to project teams
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
Preferred
Field experience in construction and/or working with a general contractor/construction manager
