This role is critical in supporting due diligence activities, transaction accounting, and the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring successful onboarding and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the financial integration of acquired businesses, including onboarding activities and preparation of opening balance sheet documentation
Prepare, analyze, and record complex journal entries such as allocations, accruals, payroll entries, prepaid amortizations, and intercompany transactions
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for acquired entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Review balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss statements to validate completeness and accuracy of financial reporting
Serve as a key accounting resource for system implementations, conversions, and process enhancements
Interpret financial data, perform research, and develop solutions to support timely and accurate reporting
Partner cross‑functionally with various teams to improve transparency and quality of financial information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
3 – 7 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to perform technical accounting research
Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical and technical accounting skills
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred
Exposure to multi‑entity or multi‑company structures is a plus
