Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process customer invoicing, cash applications, collections support, vendor invoices, and payment runs
Reconcile AR and AP subledgers to the general ledger on a regular basis
Prepare and review account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and vendor-related issues
Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
NetSuite experience required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
