Trustpoint.One is assisting a leader in global science and technology innovations in its search for a Records Management Clerk. The successful candidate will manage legal records and documents, ensuring compliance with the Records Control Policy and assisting with information retrieval.

Responsibilities
Manage legal records and documents for general, patent, and litigation groups to ensure compliance with the Records Control Policy
Assist with searching and retrieving information using Legal applications, on‑line systems or physical records
Establish, organize, and maintain hard copy and electronic records
Review document, input data, such as file numbers, new or updated information, into computer systems to support document and information retrieval
Digitize physical records
Utilize databases, applications: i.e., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of records and information management experience preferred
1-2 years of legal experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain and protect confidential information
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension
Excellent data entry, computer and systems knowledge
Self-starter and zest for learning
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lift 40 lb. boxes
All candidates must be able to work on a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
