Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets: Meet and exceed sales goals to ensure consistent growth and profitability within the healthcare domain across payers, providers and PBMs
Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, utilizing a deep understanding of healthcare market trends, patient needs, and regulatory requirements
Client relationship management: Develop strong, sustainable relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted healthcare firms, including hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers
Collaboration with internal teams: Work in close collaboration with TCS market development and solution sales teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet the client healthcare business and technology needs
Client support: Provide comprehensive support to healthcare clients during initial phases of engagement, ensuring total client satisfaction through the lifecycle of the relationship
Market research and competitive analysis: Support the team market research and competitive positioning analysis, with a focus on healthcare industry trends and innovations
Compliance and policy adherence: Adhere to all TCS corporate policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Business development initiatives: Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives tailored to the healthcare sector, driving the transformation agenda forward
Healthcare expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of healthcare industry practices, patient care protocols, and technological advancements to position TCS as a leader in healthcare business transformation

Required

Bachelors degree (required)
Strong hunter profile: Proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing and digital transformation services within the healthcare industry (preferably providers), both proactively and reactively
Strong network with technology and transformation leaders in Healthcare provider market is very much desired
Consultative selling experience: Ability to lead transformation and business-purpose driven discussions with healthcare clients
Client acquisition targets: Demonstration of consistent over-achievement of client acquisition goals
IT services expertise: At least 12- 15 years of experience in selling the full spectrum of IT services, including Applications, Infrastructure, Digital, AI, and Business Process Services, specifically tailored to healthcare organizations (preferably providers)
Complex negotiation skills: Proven ability to manage complex negotiations with healthcare stakeholders
Team leadership: Experience in leading and managing large pursuits with healthcare clients
Healthcare market insights: Deep understanding of healthcare market trends, patient needs, and regulatory requirements
Relationship management: Ability to develop strong, sustainable relationships and referrals with senior management at healthcare firms, including hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers
Collaboration skills: Proficiency in working closely with internal teams to ensure proposed offerings and services fully meet healthcare business and technology needs
Client support excellence: Providing comprehensive support to healthcare clients during initial phases of engagement and ensuring total client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
Market research capabilities: Supporting the team market research and competitive positioning analysis, focusing on healthcare industry trends and innovations
Compliance knowledge: Adhering to all corporate policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Personal communication and presentation skills: Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust with healthcare stakeholders
Travel readiness: Willingness to travel to customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and ongoing relationship building within assigned accounts
