Responsibilities
Manage the development operational programs, such as the plant Emergency Plan and Technical Specifications
Review system documentation including P&ID and design descriptions
Coordinate efforts with other project teams, such as Licensing and Probabilistic Safety Analysis
Provide operability review for systems during normal and off-normal conditions
Define system and component maintenance requirements and approaches
Evaluate plant design with respect to HFE, including task analysis, procedure development, and HMI development
Review engineering simulator results and assist engineers in troubleshooting simulator challenges
Support development of Safety Analysis Report contents and regulatory interactions
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational program development, such as Emergency Plans and Technical Specifications
Ability to review system documentation including P&ID and design descriptions
Experience coordinating efforts with project teams, such as Licensing and Probabilistic Safety Analysis
Capability to provide operability review for systems during normal and off-normal conditions
Knowledge in defining system and component maintenance requirements and approaches
Experience evaluating plant design with respect to Human Factors Engineering (HFE), including task analysis, procedure development, and HMI development
Ability to review engineering simulator results and assist engineers in troubleshooting simulator challenges
Experience supporting the development of Safety Analysis Report contents and regulatory interactions
