Responsibilities
Manage and analyze large-scale budgets ($100M+ annual spend) across multiple programs
Execute the procurement lifecycle , including MSAs, SOWs, and invoice reconciliation for a large vendor base
Ensure financial compliance , including monthly and year-end accruals, quarterly closes, and audit-ready data tracking
Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for risk mitigation and budget optimization
Develop executive-level presentations, including Anchor Budget or Rolling Estimate reports
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in finance and procurement operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or procurement programs
Expertise in enterprise procurement and accounting systems such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting
Proven experience managing high-volume budgets and complex financial operations
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
