Responsibilities
Design and execute creative assets for digital content and print channels, including social, banners, websites, landing pages, email, and other marketing materials
Build clean, organized, production files and finalize for delivery
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines
Work within technical and regulated industries
Support and contribute to agency creative work, including video and photography
Ensure strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency across all deliverables
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in a creative agency environment
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, effective design solutions
Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals, including responsive and adaptive design
Experience working across multiple digital platforms and content formats
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and making adjustments as needed
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc), Figma, PowerPoint, and production for current best practices
Preferred
Familiarity with motion design, animation, UI/UX principles and AI-based creative tools
Have a keen interest in emerging design technology and trends
