Responsibilities
Conduct functional, pressure flow, and leak testing
Set up and operate test stands, pumps, and gauges
Record, analyze, and document test results accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Identify test failures, abnormalities, or nonconformances and report findings
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and safe for operation
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure hydraulic systems meet safety, reliability, and performance expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in testing aerospace hydraulics components and systems
Ability to conduct functional, pressure flow, and leak testing
Proficiency in setting up and operating test stands, pumps, and gauges
Skill in recording, analyzing, and documenting test results accurately
Knowledge of compliance with company and regulatory standards
Ability to identify test failures, abnormalities, or nonconformances and report findings
Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic systems
Ensuring all test equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and safe for operation
Ability to work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams
Understanding of safety, reliability, and performance expectations for aerospace applications
Familiarity with engineering specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
