Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Participate in strategic orchestration and governance, setting the strategy, operational excellence, and executive partnership. Engage in technical leadership and standardization, driving convergence, customer strategy, and foundational innovation
Help with ecosystem and change management, by scaling the model and utilizing influence. Participate in large-scale program management and AI/ML system architecture
Manage return on investment (ROI) initiatives and solve problems that cross multiple functional groups (e.g., Security, Privacy, and Finance)
Align disparate Product Area goals with the horizontal AIPG mission. Commit to growing Google’s executive-level talent pipeline and fostering an 'AI-Savvy' culture across the global workforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Engineering, Computer Science or, in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or related technical roles
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
