Responsibilities
Support a multi-shift onsite manufacturing operation (rotating days/nights/weekends)
Provide technical support for applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user tools
Partner with business and IT teams to prioritize and deliver improvement initiatives
Support plant-floor systems and resolve technical incidents
Assist global teams (DBA, Server Ops, Network Ops, etc.) with onsite troubleshooting
Maintain system documentation and contribute to long-term application stability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant IT experience
Strong background in business process, desktop, server, and application support
Experience with operations support systems
High School Diploma / GED
Preferred
server administration or manufacturing process experience
Bachelor's Degree
plant floor automation (PLCs/control systems)
