This role involves providing excellent customer service by accurately processing invoices and requires strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Food Production
Responsibilities
Creates accurate invoice header records in the accounts payable system
Resolves pricing and/or quantity issues with the appropriate personnel
Reviews and analyzes all payment requests for authenticity, authority, and company guidelines
Verifies accuracy of batches including supplier names and numbers, terms, invoice numbers, dates, PO numbers, invoice amounts adjustments and messages
Manages multiple tasks and high volumes efficiently
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent work experience
Good communication skills, both written and oral
