Senior Program Marketing Manager

HistoSonics, Inc. is a rapidly growing medical device company pioneering the science of histotripsy. The Senior Program Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the commercial team to enable hospitals, physicians, and referral networks to successfully adopt and expand histotripsy, bridging strategic market development with practical field execution.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers to support hospital program launches, including planning calls, follow-ups, and identifying gaps in resources
Document and share best practices from successful sites, creating playbooks for broad use across the commercial team
Support initiatives to expand adoption through multidisciplinary engagement, with an emphasis on medical oncology and referral networks
Support the development and execution of forums designed to gather physician feedback and foster peer exchange to accelerate clinical learning and advocacy
Develop patient awareness and physician outreach resources to drive referral activity
Build scalable tools and templates that enable hospitals and Account Managers to develop and grow programs
Lead development and management of digital platforms including a hospital portal and collaboration hub for education, resources, and best practice sharing
Partner with Marketing to ensure resources align with commercial messaging and brand strategy
Collect and analyze data from successful sites to identify drivers of adoption and program sustainability
Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for new programs
Provide leadership with reporting on program outcomes, resource needs, and areas of opportunity
Work closely with Sales to anticipate and address program development needs
Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Education teams to integrate physician feedback and training into programs
Coordinate with Marketing to create supporting materials for commercial and educational initiatives

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)
Experience: 8+ years in medical device, biotech, or healthcare market development, program management, or hospital program development
Experience building physician engagement programs
Experience coordinating outreach efforts, educational materials, and communication plans for physicians (patient audiences is a plus)
Familiarity with oncology, interventional radiology, or hospital-based specialties strongly preferred
Experience supporting product launches preferred
Social and digital marketing experience preferred
Skills: Strong program management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to leverage digital tools, analytics, and social platforms to drive education, awareness and audience growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (physicians, administrators, cross-functional partners)
Analytical approach with ability to capture insights and turn them into scalable tools
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Preferred
