Partner Success Manager Lead
OneApp is a mission-driven company focused on increasing access to rental housing by removing barriers for renters. The Partner Success Manager Lead will lead a team of Partner Success Managers, ensuring the successful adoption and engagement of property management companies with their platform.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a pod of 4-6 Partner Success Managers. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
Develop and implement scalable partner success strategies, playbooks, and processes to maximize partner adoption, engagement, and retention across your team's portfolio
Provide strategic guidance and support for your team's portfolio of property management company partners (PMCs). Escalate and resolve complex partner issues while ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional partner experiences
Partner with Sales, CX, Customer Service, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize the partner lifecycle. Lead strategic partner business reviews and contribute to company-wide initiatives that impact partner success
Establish KPIs and success metrics for your team. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify trends, and implement process improvements that scale partner success across the organization
Work with your team and sales leadership to identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts, ensuring alignment on growth strategies and execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in partnerships, customer success, or account management roles working in SaaS
2+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Experience scaling customer or partner success functions and implementing scalable processes
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
A track record of improving team performance, customer/partner engagement, and satisfaction metrics
Proficiency in CRM software and leveraging data to drive team performance and decision-making
Preferred
Experience with upsell/cross-sell strategies and revenue growth preferred
Prior experience working with property management and multifamily is a plus, but not required
