Bookkeeper
LHH is collaborating with a renowned Construction company dedicated to providing exceptional value and service to its clients. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join their finance team, responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
Recording daily financial transactions
Reconciling bank statements
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial reports
Handle certified payroll processing
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
