Senior Level, Lead/StaffBirlasoft is seeking a SAP Principal Consultant – PreSales to lead solutioning and advisory for SAP opportunities. This role involves designing end-to-end SAP solutions, preparing high-impact presentations, and advising clients on digital transformation using SAP technologies.

Design end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with client business needs
Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and fit-gap assessments
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution proposals and effort estimates
Collaborate with sales teams to define win strategies and differentiators
Stay updated on SAP roadmap, S/4HANA, BTP, and industry trends
Advise clients on digital transformation and innovation using SAP technologies
Engage with CXOs and senior client stakeholders to articulate business value
Work with internal teams for pricing, risk assessment, and delivery planning
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in SAP products
Strong business acumen
Ability to craft compelling value propositions
Design end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with client business needs
Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and fit-gap assessments
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution proposals and effort estimates
Collaborate with sales teams to define win strategies and differentiators
Stay updated on SAP roadmap, S/4HANA, BTP, and industry trends
Advise clients on digital transformation and innovation using SAP technologies
Engage with CXOs and senior client stakeholders to articulate business value
Work with internal teams for pricing, risk assessment, and delivery planning
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics), SAP BTP, and integration scenarios
Exposure to SAP industry solutions and cloud offerings
Proven track record in solutioning and winning large SAP deals
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Understanding of business processes across industries (Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
