Responsibilities
Own the full interconnection lifecycle from early market evaluation through COD
Manage and review interconnection applications, studies, and agreements
Coordinate directly with ISOs/RTOs and utilities (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP)
Review power system studies (power flow, stability, short circuit, SSR)
Support compliance, registration, and commissioning activities
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Development, Construction, Compliance, and Operations teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in power systems, transmission planning, or interconnection engineering
Proficiency with PSS/E, PowerFactory, or PSCAD
Experience supporting solar, wind, or BESS projects
Strong communication skills with utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Direct experience with ERCOT and/or PJM strongly preferred
