Responsibilities
Analyze and refactor legacy classic ASP code
Rebuild the application using modern .NET patterns
Collaborate with our internal developers on architecture, migration strategy, and best practices
Support deployment and cloud-readiness as part of the modernization effort
Work with Agile teams to report daily/weekly progress and report any issues/roadblocks
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with classic ASP
Strong experience with modern .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC / Web APIs)
Experience modernizing or rewriting legacy web applications
Understanding of security, performance, and maintainability concerns in externally facing applications
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) is a strong plus
